Conscous Counselling facilitates arrival at the Core Issue, thereby opening the way for deep healing.

'Behavioural Decision Processing' sessions

This unique process is also known as Behavioural Decision Processing because it combines a synthesis of the most up to date psycho-dynamic techniques (which take into consideration the true depth and extent of our being) and the intuition/psychism of the therapist - myself.

It facilitates the client to arrive at their Core Issue very effectively, thus catalysing a deep healing. It begins the process of letting go of patterns of thought and feeling that have long dictated one's feelings, decision-making processes and behaviour.

Using this technique alone* I have taken clients back to birth, womb, in-between lives and past lives memories, where they made major soul-level decisions that were still running their lives.

I will give you a personal example.

In my late teens and early twenties I seemed to have one failed relationship after another. Utilising this technique, I was able to discover that whilst in the womb I was aware of my father arguing with my mother about having another child. He had not wanted kids when my older brother was born, so he definitely did not want kids by the time I came around. There and then in the womb I decided ''I was not wanted or loved''. This moment dictated my self-esteem and confidence in all my relationships, hence the way I allowed myself to be treated in relationships. There was more than just this memory/trauma to be dealt with, but this opened up the real healing of my relating. This is the depth of healing you can expect. Traditional models of therapy that focus on talking/reflecting/feedback/self-analysis and reframing unfortunately do not give this depth of processing. Nor are the traditional models of counselling and therapy aware that this is how deep we really need to go to bring about tangible and relatively immediate change. This is another reason why it is 'Behavioural Decision Processing'. I sincerely believe this is the future of therapy.

Behavioural Decision Processing sessions can be face to face or by phone.
